Founder Pieter Celis is a charismatic entrepreneur with a passion for continuous improvement. He has extensive experience implementing continuous improvement programmes both in Belgium and internationally, and has worked for major multinationals such as Philips and Sara Lee. He has a broad perspective in his field stemming from a background in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Corporate Finance and Organisational Psychology. Pieter enjoys spending his free time with his wife and daughters, and stays sharp by travelling, cycling and running.
